XDCS-8 General Purpose Digital Floor Scale

The XDCS-8 is a robust general purpose medium industrial electronic bench scale. It can be used in a variety of applications including shipping and despatch, dry food applications, as well as basic checkweighing and counting.


Accuracy-  Class III OIML. 3000 divisions for trade approved applications, 6000 divisions where trade approval is not required.


Construction-  With 150% overload protection, powder coated mild steel construction with four corner over-load stops, four lockable adjustable anti-slip feet for leveling on uneven ground. The plate is removable food grade stainless steel for easy cleaning


Load Cell- The base houses a robust aluminium IP66 load cell


Indicator Construction – The ABS plastic housed  indicator has a large easy to read 50mm x 165 LCD baclit display with 40mm high digits and built in battery allows this scale to be used in low lit areas and places where power outlets are hard to find.


General Weighing –  Designed to weigh in kilograms (kg), selectable pounds (lb) or pieces, the XDCS-8 can easily be set into sample mode for  the counting of a wide range of medium sized uniform products


Checkweighing & Check Counting- Ideal for guaranteeing product or bag quantities with clearly visible display annunciators and a selectable audible alarm


Capacities and Resolution:  Available in a range of capacities from 150kg to 1500kg in division increments 1 to 50 and sub-multiples of 1, 2 & 5


Partnered with the Avery Weigh-Tronix advanced  ZM series  indicators gives versatile weighing solutions in the most demanding industry applications. The ZM201 (pictured below) gives full connectivity  for integration into other automation processes and has three input and output trips.
